In 2024, a physician-scientist and an operator-technologist set out to restore the long-term doctor-patient relationship—and give it the tools of modern medicine.

PrimaryMD is a physician-led membership medical practice that combines primary care, prevention, and longevity medicine in one long-term relationship. Your physician and care team manage everyday care, build a comprehensive baseline, coordinate specialists, and keep one plan current as your health changes.
Membership is $1,500 per month, billed annually. It includes a dedicated physician-led care team, comprehensive primary care, thoughtful prevention, recurring clinical review, and care coordination. Some outside diagnostics may carry an additional cost.
Concierge medicine is the closest familiar category, but access is only the starting point. PrimaryMD rebuilds the model around prevention and judgment: a dedicated care team serving no more than 150 members, a broad and longitudinal picture of your health, clean incentives, and one plan that stays current over time.
Yes. PrimaryMD manages everyday primary care, acute needs, chronic conditions, medications, preventive care, specialist coordination, and complex decisions. Prevention and longevity medicine are built into that same relationship rather than delivered as a separate program.
Yes. PrimaryMD does not replace health insurance. Keep insurance for specialist care, hospitalization, procedures, and services outside the membership. Your care team helps coordinate those parts of the system and bring them back into your overall plan.
During regular hours, your PrimaryMD team handles your ongoing and same-day care. After hours, 24/7 urgent care is included through our partner Sollis Health at member-only centers and by telemedicine. Your records are coordinated, and your PrimaryMD physician remains responsible for the long-term follow-through.
Wearables can show patterns in sleep, recovery, activity, resting heart rate, and other measures. Your care team reviews those trends alongside symptoms, medications, labs, history, and goals. The device shows that something changed; your physician decides what that change may mean for you. Wearable integration is not an emergency-monitoring service.
No. We measure broadly, but we act selectively. Testing is useful when it clarifies a decision, establishes a baseline, or helps track whether a plan is working. Your physician will also tell you when a test is unlikely to change care. Some advanced imaging and specialty diagnostics are recommended only when clinically appropriate and may cost extra.
