HOW IT WORKS
Take control of your well-being in 5 steps
First, you'll complete a detailed intake questionnaire with targeted questions about your background and health. Then you'll meet with a best-in-class physician (in-person or remote) for a 30-minute consult. You’ll review the questionnaire, discuss your medical history, share any concerns, and ask any questions about the assessments.
You’ll complete a series of diagnostic tests at cutting-edge private facilities near you. On average, the time investment is 4 hours, at two different centers. Includes RMR test, 100 Bio Marker test, VO2 Max test, and DEXA scan — as well as any add-ons recommended by your doctor at the intake.
If you’re located near San Mateo, California, you’ll also visit a doctor for cardiovascular and abdominal exams, and assessment of skin, vision, ear, nose & throat, blood pressure, and an EKG.
Once the results are in (2-3 weeks later) you’ll meet with your doctor again. In this 60-minute consult, you’ll discuss the implications of the test results, set goals for your personal care plan, and answer any remaining questions.
You’ll receive an actionable care plan with guidance on how to move forward. This report details how to address any issues uncovered, prevent potential threats, and optimize your lifestyle for longevity.
Because nutrition is a cornerstone of good health, you’ll also meet with a certified nutritionist. They’ll provide personalized dietary advice to help improve your health, manage medical conditions, and achieve your wellness goals. You’ll also meet with a fitness specialist who will give you detailed guidance around your ideal exercise regimen.

OUR APPROACH
No one can promise longevity.
So many private assessments promise they can add years to your life, if you just take this supplement or complete this scan.
The truth:
Doctors are here to help you live longer and healthier. We are not here to make promises no one can keep.
How we approach longevity:
We don’t do quick fixes.
We don’t claim to “turn back the clock.
We don’t pretend that one element — a supplement or
exercise routine or diet — will change everything.
What we do instead:
Put in the hard work of understanding you — and analyzing your data — to make the absolute best recommendations.
Give you concrete, science-backed tools to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle — which over thousands of people and hundreds of studies have proven to actually extend lives.
BENEFITS
Why book a Longevity Assesment?
Annual well-visits are not thorough enough to detect silent diseases. Our Longevity Assesment goes beyond, offering a detailed picture of your health based on thorough, cutting-edge screenings.
By identifying potential health risks early on, you can take preventive measures to avoid serious conditions, shifting the focus from reactive to proactive healthcare.
Lay the groundwork for longevity without false promises. The comprehensive findings and personalized wellness plan will serve as your foundation for long-term health planning — with a focus on science-backed longevity.
You don’t have to navigate the healthcare maze alone. With a care coordinator handling all appointments — and a doctor who is there to answer any questions — know that all aspects of your health are being comprehensively assessed.
Traditional doctors have a patient roster too stuffed to allow for individualized care. We prioritize one-on-one consultations that are never rushed, and always warm and personal. You deserve a doctor who knows you well and has the time to care for you properly.
STORIES
People like you — and how it made an impact
Sarah is a busy executive with a family history
of heart disease.
Initial health concerns:
A 45-year-old VP, Sarah had always been health-conscious — but she became increasingly worried due to her family history of heart disease. With a demanding job and a busy family life, she often felt tired and stressed out. Concerned she might be at risk for heart issues, Sarah sought out the Executive Physical to get a comprehensive overview of her health.
What the Executive Physical uncovered:
Abnormal hemoglobin A1C, which is a marker of blood sugars — indicating pre-diabetes. The screening also identified high cholesterol levels that had gone unnoticed in her routine checkups.
Impact on health and life:
Sarah
started a heart-healthy diet
incorporated regular exercise
began meditating daily to reduce stress
worked with her doctor to manage her cholesterol.
This early detection and intervention significantly reduced her risk of developing heart disease, giving her immense peace of mind.
Mark is a tech entrepreneur with chronic fatigue.
Initial health concerns:
A 38-year-old tech entrepreneur, Mark had been dealing with chronic fatigue, poor sleep, and a general lack of energy for over a year. Despite numerous visits to his primary care physician, he hadn’t been able to pinpoint the cause. Frustrated and worried about how this was impacting his work and personal life, Mark decided to undergo an Executive Physical.
What the Executive Physical uncovered:
The comprehensive 3-day sleep study included in the Executive Physical diagnosed Mark with sleep apnea. Additionally, blood tests revealed a deficiency in vitamin D and borderline thyroid issues that were contributing to his fatigue.
Impact on health and life:
Mark
began using a CPAP machine to address his sleep apnea
started taking vitamin D supplements
worked with an endocrinologist to monitor his thyroid levels.
Within weeks, his energy levels improved dramatically, and he was able to perform better at work and enjoy a more active lifestyle.
He not only regained his vitality but also prevented potential long-term complications from his undiagnosed conditions.
Linda is a retiree with a family history of cancer
Initial health concerns:
A 55-year-old retiree, Linda had always been active and health-focused but was concerned about her increased risk of cancer due to her family history. She wanted a thorough health check that went beyond the usual screenings offered in routine care, so she opted for the Executive Physical.
What the Executive Physical uncovered:
A cancer screening blood test suggested a tumor in the gallbladder. We then confirmed these findings with a full-body MRI.
Impact on health and life:
Thanks to the early detection, Linda
underwent a successful surgery to remove the tumor
received a tailored preventive care plan to monitor and reduce her cancer risk.
The findings prompted her to make informed lifestyle changes, including dietary adjustments and increased regular screenings. Linda now enjoys her retirement with a greater sense of security, knowing she’s actively managing her health risks.
